Born and raised in Omaha, NE, Gabe founded Cordova in 2016.

Over 6 years in recruitment and 16 prior years as a Retail Buyer, Jill brings a unique perspective to matching IT talent with the right opportunities while building lasting relationships along the way.

Jose combines five years of technical recruiting experience with a genuine background in IT, allowing him to connect with candidates on a deeper level and guide them to their next great role.

Katlyn channels years of management experience into keeping Cordova running smoothly, with a natural talent for bringing structure and clarity to complex challenges.

Patrick brings more than 25 years of leadership experience to Cordova, spanning contract staffing, retail banking, and military service. A lifelong Omaha resident of 45 years, Patrick is passionate about coaching, building strong teams, and creating a culture where people can grow and succeed.

Ryan has been in software product development for 18 years, 5 of those with Cordova. He has a strong background in software engineering, digital marketing/eCommerce, and cloud-based architectures. Now he leads our Nearshore Leaders and their teams as well as the AI and Automations teams with Cordova.

A President’s Club honoree in healthcare recruiting, Ryan now brings that same dedication and people-first approach to IT recruiting at Cordova.

Vince joined Cordova in 2024 bringing years of franchising experience.
