Thomas Sowinski brings over 21 years of experience in digital transformation and technical leadership across insurance, banking, and financial sectors. His expertise spans strategic planning, software development, global team building, and change management. A sought-after speaker at national conferences, he has delivered keynotes on digital transformation and leadership. He serves as Secretary of US Youth Soccer and sits on the US Soccer Federation Youth Council. He holds a BS in Information Science from Fairfield University.

Bob Herrera joined Mutual of Omaha in 1986 as an entry-level programmer and has progressed through roles including Systems Analyst, Project Manager, and Information Services Manager. He currently works with the Information Services intern program and manages relationships with external staffing vendors, focusing on recruiting and retention. He holds a BA in Business Administration from Kearney State College and an MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
