Julie Lane

Julie Lane

Chief Human Resources Officer, Orion

Julie Lane serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Orion, where she leads the development and execution of innovative people strategies that drive organizational growth and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence. With experience spanning technology, packaging, and retail sectors, Julie has been with Orion since 2017, emphasizing talent development and employee experience. She holds a BS in Business Administration and an MBA.

Jeremy Reinoehl

Jeremy Reinoehl

CIO, Tenaska

Jeremy Reinoehl is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Tenaska, where he leads Enterprise Technology, including cybersecurity, infrastructure, software engineering, artificial intelligence and data initiatives. He focuses on leveraging technology and data to drive competitive advantage, operational reliability and scalable business growth.

Since 2006, Mr. Reinoehl has held progressive roles across Tenaska, including software development, business analysis and technology leadership. Appointed CIO in 2024, he has focused on strengthening core technology foundations while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, operational efficiency and strong alignment between technology and business outcomes.

Mr. Reinoehl previously worked as an international technology consultant, leading complex systems integrations across healthcare, education and a startup organization. He has contributed to the broader technology community through leadership roles in cybersecurity and technology organizations.

Mr. Reinoehl has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Wayne State College, an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Chief Information and Digital Officer Certificate from Carnegie Mellon University.

Tommy Vacek is the Chief Technology Officer at Bloomerang, where he leads product, engineering, and data strategy with a future-focused mindset and a strong passion for AI. With over 15 years of experience scaling technology teams and modernizing infrastructure across fintech, web hosting, and marketplace platforms, Tommy is committed to driving innovation that fuels growth and impact. At Bloomerang, he’s focused on integrating AI to help nonprofits work smarter, deepen donor relationships, and create meaningful giving experiences. Based in Omaha, NE, Tommy is also a dedicated husband and father of four.
