Lori has served as CIO for the last 14 years across various industries including insurance, healthcare, financial, manufacturing, and government. She has directed strategy initiatives, overseen major development projects, managed international business expansions, led organizational turnarounds, and handled significant legacy system modernizations alongside acquisition evaluations and integrations.

Dave Martin oversees information services strategy and technology initiatives at Boston Mutual Life Insurance, promoted to Vice President in 2022. Before Boston Mutual, he was Senior Management Consultant at Trility Consulting in Omaha. His career includes 35 years in agriculture lending through the Farm Credit system, where he held senior executive roles including SVP/Chief Strategy Officer at Farm Credit Services of America.

Mary Kyle leads ecosystem-building initiatives at FNBO including training, mentorship, and recruitment strategy improvements. Her work focuses on modernizing technology recruitment processes while creating pathways for underrepresented candidates to enter the field.

Matt Spyers joined FNBO as SVP and Chief Technology Officer in January 2017, leading IT teams responsible for application development and infrastructure operations. Previously he served as VP of Information Technology at TreeHouse Foods and directed IT operations at ConAgra Foods. Spyers holds an MBA from Washington University and dual bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Systems Engineering.
