Charles has built a strong track record of leading transformational change through business process innovation and technology evolution, with expertise in IT strategy, technology implementation, and IT operations management.

David serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Scoular, leading the company's efforts to leverage technology to drive growth, fuel innovation, and provide an enhanced experience for its customers. He brings 17+ years of experience from Conagra Brands, holds a computer science degree from the University of Texas at Dallas, and participates on the Federal Reserve's Technical Advisory Committee, TechNebraska's Executive Committee, and the Food Bank for the Heartland board.

With 27 years at FNNI/FNBO, Jason is Vice President of Information Security Engineering and the Cyber Security Operation Center (CSOC), leading teams protecting network security and monitoring traffic. His IT career spans roles in IT Audit and Information Security. Jason earned his Computer Information Systems degree from Wayne State College and holds CISA and CISSP certifications.
